“After suffering with much back pain only to have it worsen, I was sent for an MRI. Because I'm claustrophobic, I chose your Rollingwood location. I was in extreme pain and was really dreading having to lie on my back, but these two wonderful, compassionate people went “above and beyond” to get me through. They were there to help me onto the machine, make me as comfortable as possible, and help me off when it was over. I so appreciate them and can't thank them enough. The "atmosphere" in the waiting area (which I didn't spend much time in at all!) and throughout the facility is very peaceful. That helped. They were patient with me and let me have the time I needed to get ready before and after the MRI. It seems that their scheduling allows them to not have to rush their patients. (I appreciate that because I'm old!) I hope I never need another MRI, but if I do, this is the only place I'll go.”

“I had the privilege of getting an MRI here the other day. The scheduling process was easy, no problem there. I would have liked a call the day before (like I was told) to let me know my portion that I would pay at time of service. Luckily, I had an idea ahead of time because I know my insurance. The facility was nice, and they got me back before my appointment time. I was given some scrubs due to my outfit having metal on it. I appreciate that and they were comfortable. The MRI tech was great and informed of how the whole process will work. I was given headphones to listen to some music to offer distraction and help to drown out the noise of the machine.”

“The receptionist was awesome. It smelled great. There was a great playlist going. They give you scrubs instead of those awful hospital gowns, and you get a private room to put all your stuff in and change in, that you got to lock with a key. The MRI machine is pretty large and towards the “open” concept though unless I'm sitting up or there is at least 4 feet of space above me I don't consider it “open!” You get a headset to listen to music while the machine is going on. Really great all around. I highly recommend Longhorn Imaging if you need an MRI!”

“Nobody wants to go to the doctor, but this was a pleasant experience. I needed an MRI for some neck issues I am having and was referred here. They were always pleasant on the phone and very nice in person. There is lots of parking, the facility was clean, and my visit was relatively quick. My appointment was at 5:00 with a 4:30 arrival. I got there around 4:40. Filled out the necessary paperwork and was back in the car by 5:30. I hope you don't need any MRIs or X-rays anytime soon, but if you do, this place is good.”
